Onboard the Pershing 8X

The Pershing 8X carries the low, sharp profile of Pershing's sport-yacht range onto a 25-metre platform that feels built to be driven, not just moored. From the helm the deep-V hull holds its line at speed, and the aft cockpit stays open and usable rather than closed off for show. Below deck, four cabins sleep up to nine guests, which keeps the layout intimate — closer to a private coastal runabout scaled up than a stacked charter yacht.

Leaving Port Olímpic, the 8X is well suited to a fast run down to Sitges, roughly 35 kilometres south, where the bay offers more shelter than the open roadstead off Barceloneta. Guests can anchor off the town or continue into Vilanova, swim, and take lunch at one of the seafront restaurants before the return leg — a format that plays to this yacht's speed rather than asking it to loiter all day. The same hull works just as well for a shorter evening loop of the bay, city lights on one side, open water on the other.

At nine guests and four cabins, the Pershing 8X sits with couples, small families, and close friend groups rather than large gatherings — it is not the yacht for a fifty-person deck party, and it is not marketed as one. Charters are arranged through our broker team, who confirm cabin configuration, route length and any last-minute date changes before departure, whether the plan is a single day out of Barcelona or a short overnight along the coast.
